I just changed my account settings to turn off Notifications for posted content.
I was getting a lot of forum spam from Toe Salad.

Sorry about that. This all started when I started to allow anonymous commenting. I guess they know how to get around my anti-spam measures. To rectify this problem, I have turned on comment moderation for anonymous users. This should prevent you guys from seeing any more spam.
