I've been a runner and cyclist for some time now and started running with Vibrams and barefoot. It's amazing how free I feel running barefoot. Look forward to learning from you guys.

How do your feet cope with

How do your feet cope with narrow cycling shoes? When I used to cycle I could never find a shoe that was wide enough for me...
