I like these, but they're a bit stiff compared to other minimalist footwear. On the other hand, they can be found for $20-$40, making them good to have around if you need a lightweight shoe that's good for heavier duty stuff like trails or snowy days.
I ended up putting screws in the bottom of mine, and they've been great on icy roads and even worked well on a somewhat icy hike.
However, I don't like running in them normally because they're a touch too stiff for my tastes. But since they're low to the ground, have only a 4mm heel-to-toe drop and are cheap, they're worth a look!
