Barefoot Tony 3Hi all, Tony here from London. I am a barefooter and will only wear shoes if I absolutely have to, which is rare. I like walking and although I live only 7 miles from central London am lucky to have the Lea Valley National Park and Epping Forest nearby which gives the impression of being in the countryside. I have a 7 year old pair of Vivo barefoot shoes which I use when necessary. They are still in excellent condition. I will talk about them in the reviews section.

Not yet. But it would be interesting and I aim to have a go next time I'm there. I assume you do, since you only wear shoes when you have to? The only shoes I wear now are my VivoBarefoot or flat gladiators.
In that area I'm mostly car & crutches/stick-based as a result of the combo of an inherited condition and the existence of shoes (which wrecked the fragile joints of my feet & hip) so being barefoot wouldn't be a big experiment in my case I'm afraid.
I live near you! Hackney Wick. Lived in Woodford Green once for a while and it was lovely. The Lea Valley Park is fab, and I esp like the lakes.
I like your barefoot feet - nice wide-spread toes :-)
