I've got a bit of time on my hands and have started blogging about minimal running from my point of view as a trail and mountain runner. Its in its infancy but I have reviewed all the shoes that I've tried in my search for the perfect minimal trail shoe.

At the moment its got to be The Merrells, but I'm looking forward to the Neo Trails at the end of the year, I think that my search will end with these as I love the Neo's but need some kind of grip. From the photos of the sole the design looks more aggressive than the Trail Gloves. hopefully this should suit more sloppy conditions and still be useful on harder pack trails.
But for the moment I'm very happy with the trail gloves, they are the best 0 drop option for general trail duties on the market at the moment and they will continue to be a part of my rotation for now.
