hi, what can you say about buying a EVO size 42, for a common user of a men's 9? As I heard they might run small. I also have Oaks size 42 and they are fine.

I typically wear a mens 9.5, and the Evo size 43 fits me just right.
I can't answer your questions about the womens size, but I will inquire for you.

Thanks for your answer, do you have any other vivobarefoot that could serve me as a reference? because the OAKS 42 fit me fine, but if I take the insoles out, I feel them floppy. I tried the EVO 41 without insoles and they are too tight. I am just saying this because I feel really unsure about what size to buy.

I have only tried the Evo, the Neo Trail, and the Off Road, all of which fit me pretty similarly in a size 43.
I spoke with VIVOBAREFOOT and they told me: "a women's EU 42 converts to a US 11 and a men's EU 42 is a US 9". They also sent me a size chart for reference, which I have posted here: http://www.toesalad.com/node/1472

Hi, in my case i own two pair of Oaks, the first i bought was 42, and too big, the other one, 41, fits perfect. I've heard they run large. The Evo, are true to size, as much as i know. So if you have Oaks 42, you could be Evos 43. But i am not sure because in my case i am commonly mens 9, but the oaks 41 fit me well. You should email vivobarefoot and see what they think, for a final verdict. Also try to make them give you advice, because they'll tell you to order two sizes and return one, which is something complicated. I hope this was helpful.
Something else too, is a women's size 42 exactly the same as men's 42?
