On Review: The Feelmax Kuuva 3

I love it when companies refine rather than completely replace models. I am a huge fan of footwear version numbering, as it (hopefully) implies things are getting better rather than starting from scratch every time. Such is the case with Feelmax's latest installment in the Kuuva lineage: the Kuuva 3.

The Kuuva 3 sports an all-leather upper, has transitioned to the NatuRun outsole, and is now completely waterproof. It is also a little shorter than the previous versions as well. We have a pair on review, so stay tuned for our upcoming article.

how is the sizing compared to fivefingers bikila evo or vivobarefoot ra?

The Kuuva 3 intro article was written in Fall of 2014. It is now two days before Christmas, 2015, so more than a year.<br> Have you had time to get some experience with the Kuuva 3 and can tell us whether they are worth buying?

I have Kuuva 2 and I just (today) received some Lem Boulders. I really like the Kuuva 2, except the excessive amount of lacing, but they were great during the cold parts of last winter for suburban kicking around and shanks-mare commuting (a little over 5 miles, one way). I have size 46 in the Kuuva 2.

The Lems Boulders are size 47 and are SMALLER in all internal dimensions than the size 46 Kuuva 2. They have been worn around the house and to the mailbox down the street, with no socks and with the insoles removed, and feel OK that way, implying that I won't have room for winter socks, so these will be used Fall and Spring, I guess.

All of which brings me back to Kuuva 3..... I ..... WANT THEM....(especially the shorter lace-up and the expected roominess), but then.... DO I? Or don't I actually want this model? How's that review coming? I just came in via search engine, so if I missed a page or blog post where somebody died or got badly hurt/sick, and you can't do a review, I apologize. I can't do it for you, because I don't really do wilderness hiking anymore.

Even an answer here or a searchable hit from "Kuuva" with a date newer than 2014 would be helpful. Thanks.
