Questions & Answers

Hello from Alaska!

Hi everyone!

I started running last summer in my Vibram KSOs. Unfortunately, I went too far too fast, and ended up with messed up toes and ankle on my left side. I am currently still trying to figure out the best way to resolve all my problems, given how cold and snowy it is up here.

I'm so glad I found this site, and look forward to participating.

I have found that in colder weather, using a minimalist shoe with the toes together does wonders for foot warmth. Deep snow on the other hand... I am usually running on packed snow, so I can't offer much advice there.
