In spring of 2015, barefoot/minimalist running shoe company SKORA will be releasing a shoe designed for long distance runners called the TEMPO. The TEMPO will be zero-drop (as are all SKORA shoes), will continue to be based on their anatomic last, and will add extra cushioning. The stack height will be 24mm, 16mm of which is a cushioned midsole. The shoe is expected to weigh under 8oz, however the exact weight has yet to be determined.

For long distance minimalist runners who want more protection under foot, or for traditionally-shod runners who are looking for a transition-to-minimalist shoe, the TEMPO looks like it has potential. What do you think?
