Karen's electrolyte replacement drink


  • 1 litre water
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/3 cup unpasteurized honey
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh-squeezed is best)
  • 2 crushed calcium tablets (opt: available at health food store)


Mix together and store in refrigerator. Dilute half and half with water.
