- 1 litre water
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/3 cup unpasteurized honey
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh-squeezed is best)
- 2 crushed calcium tablets (opt: available at health food store)
Mix together and store in refrigerator. Dilute half and half with water.
